Cattle
Our cattle herd represents the pinnacle of regenerative agriculture, thriving through rotational grazing on lush, chemical-free pastures in the heart of East Texas. By relying solely on natural systems and eschewing grain feed, injections, dewormers, and synthetic chemicals, our cows develop strong immune systems and enrich the land they graze. During the winter months, they receive a small supplement of cottonseed cubes to ensure optimal health while preserving their grass-based nutrition. This approach not only benefits our herd’s health but also revitalizes the soil, promoting biodiversity and capturing carbon for a sustainable, resilient ecosystem.
Adapted specifically to the subtropical climate of East Texas, our cattle are smaller-framed, slick-hided, and naturally heat and parasite resistant. Their unique genetic traits allow them to thrive without intervention, offering superior resilience to regional challenges. With unmatched adaptability, our herd embodies the strength and sustainability of nature’s best practices—delivering nutrient-rich, ethically-raised beef while caring for the land and creating a legacy of regenerative abundance. We work with Bos Taurus cattle, relying on strong and proven South Poll, Mashona, and Corriente breeds.
